A decision was made on 29 June 2018 in Sofia during the Establishing meeting of CEE4Health:
In order to keep the patients’ focus of the initiative the experts mandated the establishing members of the organisation to be credible patient experts from the region of CEE. For the purposes of registration the attendees mandated to Nikos Dedes* and Stanimir Hasardzhiev† to establish and legally represent the CEE4Health’s Chairperson and Secretary-General; take the necessary legal steps to form the General Assembly of the association, which meets the legal requirements of the Austrian Legislation; and to conduct all other necessary legal and administrative steps.
On 14 June 2019 National Police Directorate Vienna (Landespolizeidirektion Wien), Department of Association, Assembly and Media Law matters (Referat Vereins-, Versammlungs- und Medienrechtsangelegenheiten) confirmed the foundation of the Association CEE4Health.
The association and its representatives are recorded in the Austrian associations register under the number 1363717457.
